We’re looking for a freelance digital marketing professional to support a fast-moving marketing team on a short-term 3 month assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing campaign execution across social, paid media, and email.
This person will help keep digital initiatives moving by scheduling content, launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and reporting insights. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on in campaign operations, works well independently, and can collaborate closely with a broader marketing team.
What you’ll do
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor social channels, respond to messages and comments, and support day-to-day community engagement
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and Hootsuite
- Build and deploy email campaigns using ClickDimensions
- Track campaign activity and flag performance shifts, issues, or budget concerns
- Prepare weekly KPI updates and post-campaign reporting with insights and recommendations
- Partner with the marketing team to secure approvals and support content scheduling updates
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing and campaign management platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, ClickDimensions, Hootsuite, and YouTube Studio
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across digital channels
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage campaign scheduling and monitoring with minimal supervision
- Understanding of social analytics, email metrics, and paid media performance indicators
