Digital Product Operations Owner (Contract-to-Hire)
Anaheim, CA | 100% Onsite, Monday-Friday | 6-7 Month Contract | Potential Extension or Conversion
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Digital Product Operations Owner to help bring several new digital experiences to life.
This is a hands-on, tactical role. You’ll help coordinate the development and launch of new websites, a mobile app, a digital rewards program, interactive maps, and other customer-facing experiences.
A major part of the role will involve organizing and uploading content into CMS platforms, coordinating information across teams and technology partners, tracking deliverables, managing details, and ensuring digital experiences are accurate, complete, and launch-ready.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and enjoys being close to the day-to-day execution of a digital product launch.
What You’ll Be Working On
Your primary focus will be supporting the implementation and launch of a new digital rewards and loyalty platform, targeted for launch in December 2026.
You’ll also help coordinate several additional digital products, including:
- A new mobile app
- Multiple new websites
- Interactive maps
- AI-powered customer concierge experiences
- Integrations with third-party technology and customer-facing platforms
You’ll work across internal teams and external technology partners to make sure information, content, functionality, and integrations come together correctly and on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation and launch of multiple digital products and customer experiences.
- Manage day-to-day product and project details across multiple concurrent workstreams.
-
Organize, upload, maintain, and QA website content within CMS platforms.
- Maintain content inventories, trackers, requirements, timelines, and launch checklists.
- Coordinate content, product information, assets, and updates across internal teams and external vendors.
- Work with third-party technology partners to track deliverables, clarify requirements, resolve issues, and keep projects moving.
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.
- Coordinate UAT, QA, content reviews, issue tracking, and production readiness.
- Review websites and digital experiences for accuracy, completeness, functionality, and consistency prior to launch.
- Track dependencies, deadlines, risks, and outstanding items across multiple projects.
- Follow up with stakeholders and vendors to collect missing information and keep deliverables on schedule.
- Support integrations across web, mobile, loyalty, ticketing, mapping, AI, and customer engagement platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Production, Digital Project Management, Product Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting the launch or implementation of consumer-facing websites, mobile apps, or digital products.
-
Hands-on experience working in a CMS or managing website content.
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of information and tasks.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
- Comfortable creating or working with user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, project trackers, and implementation plans.
- Experience with UAT, QA, content review, issue tracking, or production readiness.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills. You are comfortable tracking down information, asking questions, and keeping people accountable to deadlines.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and third-party vendors without needing to be a developer.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
-
Hands-on, scrappy, detail-oriented, and energized by getting things across the finish line.
Who Will Be Successful in This Role?
We’re especially interested in candidates who enjoy being the person who keeps all the details moving.
You might come from a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Digital Producer, Web Producer, Digital Project Manager, Product Coordinator, or Product Operations background. The title is less important than your ability to organize information, coordinate people and technology, work hands-on in digital platforms, and make sure everything is ready for launch.
