Direct-Hire- Allocator

A well-known fashion brand is seeking an Allocator to support inventory planning, allocation, and optimization across retail locations. This role will partner closely with Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams to ensure inventory is aligned with business goals and customer demand.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze store-level inventory performance
• Allocate inventory based on sales trends, forecasting, and business needs
• Identify and resolve stockouts, overstocks, and inventory discrepancies
• Partner cross-functionally to support replenishment and inventory flow
• Analyze inventory performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Support forecasting, allocation strategies, and inventory optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and operational processes
• Communicate inventory insights and recommendations to key business partners

Qualifications:
• 2–3+ years of Allocation, Inventory Management, Planning, or Supply Chain experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of retail math, forecasting, and inventory management
• Advanced Excel skills including VLookUps, Pivot Tables, Index Match, SUMIF, and IF Statements
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment
• Tableau experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ideal Background:
Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment, Supply Chain Analysis, Retail Operations, or Merchandise Analytics experience within apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer products.
