Project Details:

  • Start: ASAP
  • End: February 26, 2027
  • Location: Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Tech Stack:

  • Mac-based environment. Primary focus on PowerPoint, with additional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Figma, and Miro required.

Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Presentation Designer with strong communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and outstanding production expertise.

This role is ideal for a designer who can seamlessly integrate into an established brand system, work efficiently, and deliver polished, high-impact presentations for senior leadership, including executives and board-level stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, project managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams, while also operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to translate complex data and concepts into clear, high-level strategic presentations
  • Design and produce executive-facing materials including presentations, memos, and briefing documents
  • Build and maintain PowerPoint and Word templates, and develop presentation guidelines and visual toolkits
  • Create data visualizations, charts, infographics, iconography, and illustrations
  • Ensure accuracy through detailed proofreading, formatting, and version control (spelling, grammar, pagination, redlines)
  • Enhance and refine content for clarity, flow, and readability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation needs and deliver against their vision
  • Maintain consistency and high design standards across all materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable templates and design assets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in presentation design or a similar role
  • Advanced expertise in PowerPoint (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Figma, Miro, and collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence, Teams, OneNote, Basecamp)
  • Strong editing skills with the ability to elevate content quality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong design sensibility
  • Experience creating infographics, financial charts, tables, and graphs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
