Our client is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant & Project Lead to serve as the primary right hand to a multidisciplinary Creative CCO. This is not a traditional administrative role—it is a high-impact position requiring a candidate who understands the craft of follow-up and brings strong technical project management expertise.
This individual will act as the central hub of the CCO’s operations, ensuring that project timelines are met and that all internal and external stakeholders are consistently aligned and informed.
This role requires a fully in-person presence, operating onsite daily to support real-time collaboration, leadership needs, and overall execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Execution
- Serve as the lead administrator for Monday.com—building, managing, and optimizing workflows and project boards
- Recommend and implement tools and systems to improve efficiency and support business needs
- Own project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks before they impact execution
- Drive accountability across teams through consistent and effective follow-up
2. Strategic Liaison & Communication
- Act as the bridge between leadership and cross-functional teams, keeping all stakeholders aligned on timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Manage incoming requests and communications, prioritizing high-impact items while independently handling logistics
- Attend key meetings, capture detailed notes, and translate discussions into clear action items and project tasks
3. Executive Support, Calendaring & Operations
- Manage a high-volume, complex calendar across multiple workstreams, ensuring efficient scheduling and time prioritization
- Maintain strict confidentiality across sensitive business and operational matters
- Provide daily, in-person operational support, ensuring leadership is fully prepared with materials, briefs, and meeting context
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience supporting a CCO, Creative Director, or senior executive in a fast-paced, creative or agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in Monday.com (boards, automations, dashboards) is required
- Strong familiarity with project management tools and evolving workflows
- Experience working with tools such as Figma, Keynote, and Google Workspace preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with creative and operational teams
- Must be able to commute reliably to Brooklyn for a fully onsite, Monday–Friday schedule
