Experiential Client Services Manager (Sales-Focused)

Experiential industry experience is required. Candidates without direct experiential marketing, events, brand activations, sponsorship, or related experiential sales experience will not be considered a fit.

Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Account Manager with a proven track record in revenue generation and client acquisition. This is a high-impact, client-facing role within a leading experiential environment, focused on driving revenue through venue rentals, brand partnerships, and immersive activations.
This is not a traditional account management role—it requires a candidate with strong experience in sales, including pitching, closing new business, and managing a full sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of sales expertise and cultural fluency, ensuring all partnerships drive revenue while aligning with brand positioning, creative vision, and experiential standards.
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to senior leadership
Compensation: $90K – $95K base salary (no commission)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales or revenue-generating account management role
- Strong ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business
- Experience owning the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through execution
- Comfortable operating in a highly client-facing, fast-paced environment
- Background in experiential, events, partnerships, or venue sales is highly preferred
Core Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation & Sales Closure
- Proactively identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities including brand partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential activations
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution
- Maintain a strong conversion rate, consistently driving new revenue
2. Pipeline Development & Management
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and brand partners
- Target organizations seeking innovative experiential marketing and venue solutions
- Track pipeline activity, providing clear reporting and forecasting aligned to revenue goals
3. Client Management & Execution Oversight
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across all engagements
- Manage communication and expectations before, during, and after activations
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (production, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
4. Contracting, Financials & Reporting
- Oversee contracting process and ensure all deliverables are executed to scope
- Track revenue performance, pipeline progress, and sales outcomes for leadership visibility
- Ensure financial accuracy across deals and support commission tracking where needed
