Job Title: Experiential Producer
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 annually
Schedule: Thursday–Monday (40–60 hours per week, based on event schedules and project demands)


Position Overview

The Experiential Producer will play a key role in ideating, planning, and executing impactful events and immersive brand activations. This individual will own the full lifecycle of experiences—from concept through execution and post-production—ensuring each event delivers a seamless, high-quality, and engaging experience aligned with brand objectives.

This role requires a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about bringing experiential concepts to life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of experiential events, including workshops, activations, and community-driven programming
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and operations teams to develop compelling event concepts
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and external partners
  • Oversee on-site execution, ensuring smooth run-of-show and troubleshooting in real time
  • Develop detailed production documents including run-of-show, staffing plans, and logistics schedules
  • Track and report on event performance, including post-event recaps and insights
  • Maintain strong attention to brand detail and guest experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in experiential production, events, or brand activations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Experience working on-site events and handling live production challenges
