Job description

We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager to serve as the critical link between Planning, Supply, and Operations. This person will own the global demand plan that drives inventory and fulfillment decisions, while also leading Sales Operations and managing the flow of purchase orders across global retail partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own and maintain the consolidated global demand model, translating gross sell-in demand into a clear plan for Supply and Operations.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Supply, and Purchasing to gather insights that inform demand forecasts.
  • Incorporate promotional activity, new product launches, consumer trends, international regulations, and regional product variants into demand planning.
  • Align demand forecasts with production schedules, capacity planning, procurement strategy, and inventory targets.
  • Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock while maintaining product availability.
  • Lead the Sales Operations team and oversee incoming purchase orders across global retail partners.
  • Ensure allocations, order status, retailer lead times, shipment goals, and 3PL coordination are aligned to the demand plan.
  • Build monthly sell-in shipment summaries and report on forecast accuracy, inventory, demand trends, and key business risks.
  • Support the coordination and documentation of monthly S&OP review meetings.
  • Drive process improvements across demand-planning tools and workflows, including opportunities to improve NetSuite processes and forecasting models.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of manager-level experience in demand planning, business planning, sales operations, supply chain, or a related function.
  • Experience in CPG or beauty; fashion experience is also welcome.
  • NetSuite experience is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required, including formulas, data analysis, and building or maintaining forecasting models.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
