Company is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to help manage its celebrity fragrance portfolio, supporting product and program development from concept through launch. This person will work across international and wholesale channels, partner cross-functionally, and help bring marketing programs to life in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage product and promotional launches across international and wholesale divisions
- Create retailer presentations and category review materials
- Partner with international teams to adapt global strategy, timing, and support materials for market relevance
- Coordinate cross-functional launch execution with creative, packaging, finance, sales administration, PR, digital, and operations teams
- Track project timelines, manage weekly updates, and ensure key milestones are met
- Lead development updates for new launches and seasonal programs
- Manage licensor approvals and related documentation
- Submit requests for renderings, artwork, and photography
- Support fragrance house briefings, market research, and competitive analysis
- Recommend sampling, event marketing, and other growth-driving initiatives
- Develop recommendations for gift set assortments using competitive analysis, historical performance, and cost of goods data
- Manage GWP development, vendor briefs, approvals, and purchase order coordination
- Partner on seasonal imagery and promotional assets for in-store, catalog, advertising, PR, and digital use
- Serve as a liaison with global divisions to coordinate samples, photography, creative approvals, and market needs
- Attend forecast meetings and prepare change documentation as needed
- Collaborate on social media and digital calendars with PR, license, and digital teams
- Work closely with leadership on retailer, brand, and licensor presentations
- Review packaging and creative assets, including artwork, cartons, labels, hangtags, and digital banners
- Take on additional special projects as needed
