Global Product Content Specialist

Contract: Mid-July 2026 – July 2027
Pay: $40-$45/hour (W2)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Global Product Content Specialist to support its Electrical Markets Division within the Integrated Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product marketing, digital content, project coordination, and data management.
You’ll help ensure product information is accurate, complete, and available across digital channels while partnering with marketing, product management, eCommerce, and global business teams. What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain product content across global digital platforms
- Collect, validate, and update product information to support new product launches and ongoing content initiatives
- Coordinate product content, attributes, and digital assets for websites and distribution channels
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with customer needs
- Upload and manage digital assets using Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Apply metadata, tagging, and governance standards to marketing assets
- Partner with product managers, marketing, eCommerce, and global teams to resolve content issues and improve data quality
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional projects while tracking timelines and deliverables
- Serve as a key point of contact for product content questions across global teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Digital Marketing
- Product Marketing
- Marketing Communications
- eCommerce
- Product Content Management
- Experience working with product content, digital assets, CMS, PIM, DAM, or related content management systems
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or other B2B environments
- Product data management
- Digital asset management (DAM)
- Content governance and metadata management
- Product launches or commercialization support
