Job description

Graphic Designer, Print & Digital

Growing beauty and lifestyle brand is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This freelance opportunity is ideal for a designer who brings strong visual taste, excellent technical execution, and a passion for building compelling brand experiences across both print and digital channels.

This role sits within a creative team and works closely with cross-functional partners to bring marketing ideas to life. From packaging and campaign assets to in-store displays, social content, and experiential materials, you’ll help shape visually impactful work that strengthens brand presence and connects with consumers in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do

  • Create high-quality visual assets across print, packaging, digital, social, retail, and event channels
  • Translate creative briefs and brand direction into polished, on-brand design solutions
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to support launches, promotions, and broader brand initiatives
  • Contribute to campaign development for in-store and consumer-facing experiences
  • Help evolve brand systems, design guidelines, and packaging direction while maintaining visual consistency
  • Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and social use, ensuring accuracy in formatting, proofing, and output
  • Work with external vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure quality execution
  • Manage multiple design requests and timelines in an organized, detail-oriented way
  • Support the creation of product renderings, mockups, PR materials, and experiential/event graphics
  • Maintain project files and archives with strong attention to workflow and organization

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of graphic design experience with a strong background in print and packaging
  • Experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer products is highly preferred
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and a polished, contemporary design aesthetic
  • Hands-on knowledge of print production, die-lines, renderings, and file preparation
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with practical execution and fast-moving deadlines
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a lean team
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • A strong eye for current design trends and how they translate into effective brand storytelling
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field preferred

This is a great opportunity for a designer who loves working on a broad range of creative deliverables and wants to make a visible impact on brand expression across multiple touchpoints. You’ll join a team that values fresh ideas, elevated design, and thoughtful execution.
