Campaign Manager, Creative & Creator

Location: Remote

We are seeking a freelance Campaign Manager, Creative & Creator to lead influencer and creator marketing initiatives from planning through execution and reporting. This role is ideal for a highly organized, socially fluent marketing professional who understands how to translate brand goals into compelling creator-led campaigns across today’s digital platforms.

The Campaign Manager, Creative & Creator will oversee day-to-day campaign development, creator coordination, client communication, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and campaign operations, along with a sharp understanding of social trends, platform dynamics, and emerging creator opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of influencer and creator campaigns for brand clients.
  • Identify, vet, and support outreach to creators, influencers, and relevant partners.
  • Develop campaign briefs, creator guidelines, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage client communications, status updates, approvals, and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and meet objectives.
  • Support contract, scope, and agreement development in partnership with legal and business teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Turn client goals into actionable creative and media recommendations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, thought leadership, and innovation across creator and social programs.
  • Support new business efforts through research, proposal development, presentation building, and influencer strategy recommendations.
  • Track platform, creator, and cultural trends to inform campaign ideas and business opportunities.
  • Help improve internal processes, team coordination, and campaign workflows.
  • May provide guidance or support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of influencer, creator, or social media marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing digital campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
  • Strong understanding of influencer partnerships, campaign execution, and content workflows.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides/presentation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
