Our client, a globally recognized luxury accessories and lifestyle brand, is seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their team in Vancouver. This position is based within a premier luxury retail environment at Holt Renfrew and offers the opportunity to represent an internationally respected brand while delivering exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This is a part-time position, 20-29 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for every client.
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to overall boutique goals.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive outreach, follow-up, and relationship management.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on new collections, product features, and brand initiatives.
- Support merchandising, visual presentation, and sales floor standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and shipment processing.
- Accurately process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and customer orders.
- Support boutique events, promotions, and clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain boutique appearance and uphold luxury brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury retail, premium retail, boutique, or high-end sales experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
- Experience utilizing POS systems, CRM tools, and retail technology.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury goods, fashion, and delivering elevated customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems preferred.
