We’re looking for a polished, sales-driven Sales Expert to deliver exceptional one-on-one service, guide clients through meaningful purchases, and help grow a high-touch bridal and fine jewelry business.

This role blends luxury sales, relationship building, and client education. You’ll work closely with customers through virtual and in-person appointments, offering personalized guidance on diamonds, jewelry selection, care, and special order needs. What You’ll Do

  • Create elevated, personalized consultations that help clients feel confident and excited about their purchase.
  • Guide customers through diamond education, jewelry styling, custom requests, and post-purchase support.
  • Drive revenue by managing your own pipeline, nurturing leads, and consistently moving opportunities to close.
  • Maintain a strong calendar of virtual and in-person appointments while delivering a highly attentive client experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales professionals on showroom support, clienteling strategies, and custom design projects.
  • Share customer insights and product feedback to help shape an even better overall experience.
  • Support launches, events, activations, and other high-visibility brand moments in the showroom.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of closing sales in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Direct experience selling diamonds is required.
  • A strong jewelry background; Certified Gemologist credentials are a major plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, polished, client-first approach.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong organization, follow-through, and comfort working independently.
  • Tech savvy, emotionally intelligent, and energized by creating standout customer experiences.
  • Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including every Saturday and Sunday.
