POSITION TITLE: Marketing Associate

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support short-term marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This freelance opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys coordinating projects, assisting with events, supporting content development, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day marketing operations.

In this role, you will help coordinate educational and patient-focused events by managing logistics, timelines, communications, and supporting materials. You will also assist with the development, review, and organization of digital and print marketing assets, ensuring materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. In addition, you will provide support to field teams by helping prepare resources, tools, and materials that improve execution and readiness.

The Marketing Associate will also contribute to campaign tracking and reporting by compiling marketing data, monitoring activity, and helping identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple priorities, communicating across teams, and maintaining strong organization and follow-through in a deadline-driven setting.

Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, and experience in healthcare, medical device, events, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
