Marketing Business Analyst | Remote | Healthcare
Our healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to support campaign reporting, marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven insights across multiple business lines and channels.
This is a 3-month contract with potential for conversion, working 40 hours/week, with a mid/late October start. The role is remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in Minnesota or Houston, TX.
What you’ll do:
Own monthly campaign reporting and performance analysis
Track campaign activity, KPIs, and performance across channels
Build and maintain audience/campaign lists
Create recurring and ad hoc reports with minimal oversight
Analyze performance against benchmarks and historical results
Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain dashboards/reporting using Excel and Power BI
Partner with marketing and commercial teams to understand business goals and campaign outcomes
Help tell the story behind the numbers and communicate what the data means to stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of marketing, marketing analytics, or related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Strong Excel skills and experience managing reporting deliverables
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move projects forward
A curious, investigative mindset — someone who enjoys figuring things out rather than simply taking orders
Strong communication skills and the ability to turn data into a clear narrative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities
Nice to have:
Healthcare industry experience
Power BI experience
Experience supporting multiple brands, channels, or lines of business
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Experience creating data-driven presentations and storytelling materials
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, curious, and comfortable taking ownership. This role is less about having a deep technical stack and more about being able to understand the numbers, identify what matters, and clearly explain what the data means and what should happen next.
