Our healthcare client is seeking a contract Campaign Manager to support focused engagement and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can lead campaign execution from planning through post-campaign reporting while coordinating across multiple internal teams and external partners. The Campaign Manager will play a key role in keeping projects on schedule, maintaining quality standards, and helping deliver effective, targeted communications that support business and customer goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and materials, including planning, development, fulfillment, and performance review.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors across fulfillment, legal/privacy, digital, analytics, creative, consulting, and data functions.
- Monitor multiple project priorities simultaneously and ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Partner with creative teams to develop and execute consumer-facing campaigns aligned to audience and business objectives.
- Support audience identification and targeted communication strategies using available data and campaign benchmarks.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase team efficiency and strengthen vendor collaboration.
- Assist with post-campaign reporting and analysis to measure engagement, outcomes, behavior change, and ROI.
- Manage invoice submissions and related administrative coordination for agency and vendor partners through Concur and Ariba.
- Act as a go-to execution resource for internal and external stakeholders by providing clear updates, guidance, and issue resolution.
- Build strong working relationships across teams and maintain consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional work experience.
- 2+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing deadlines and competing priorities.
- 1+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving ability and proven organizational skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects from initiation through completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
