Job description

Are you a highly organized marketer who loves keeping campaigns, launches, and creative teams moving in sync? We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-paced, multi-brand environment spanning both consumer and professional audiences.

In this role, you’ll partner across ecommerce, social, influencer, and creative functions while helping manage day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll play a key part in keeping projects on track, supporting launches, organizing assets, and turning performance data into clear, actionable updates for leadership.

Prior Beauty or Skincare experience is required

What you’ll do:

  • Help manage the marketing calendar, key milestones, campaign timelines, and launch deadlines
  • Support cross-functional execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Assist with recaps, competitive research, and presentation development
  • Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status updates for leadership visibility
  • Organize digital assets and uphold file management best practices across teams
  • Coordinate updates to marketing collateral, training materials, sell sheets, and event presentations
  • Compile weekly and monthly reporting from multiple channels into clear summaries

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or brand support role
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Confidence working with marketing performance data and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar project management platforms
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • A collaborative, resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Background in beauty, skincare, wellness, or related industries is a plus
  • Exposure to both D2C and professional or clinical brand environments is preferred
