We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Technology Specialist who enjoys connecting systems, improving processes, and using data to drive smarter marketing and sales decisions.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Technology Specialist will own the technology, automation, reporting, and digital infrastructure that powers our go-to-market efforts.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Operations. The ideal candidate will manage CRM systems, marketing automation, website optimization, lead lifecycle processes, sales sequences, reporting, and technology integrations while partnering closely with internal teams to improve lead generation, pipeline growth, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution. Success requires someone who is naturally curious, data-driven, organized, and passionate about improving processes through technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, forms, lists, reporting, and dashboards.
• Maintain and improve the company website through content updates, landing pages, UX enhancements, and SEO best practices.
• Build and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, lead generation, and automation.
• Create and manage sales sequences and support sales engagement initiatives.
• Oversee lead routing, segmentation, qualification, and CRM data management.
• Build dashboards and reports to support marketing, sales, and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze campaign, website, and pipeline performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy, governance, and process documentation.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to improve efficiency and drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or similar roles.
• Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone and be available during Pacific business hours.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates, landing pages, UX improvements, and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
• HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub certifications.
• Experience creating sales sequences and using sales engagement platforms such as Apollo or Alta.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with WordPress hosting platforms such as WP Engine and domain management through GoDaddy.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Yoast SEO.
• Advanced experience using AI platforms to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Airtable.
• Experience supporting B2B professional services, technology, SaaS, or agency environments.
• Experience managing CRM and marketing technology integrations.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
