Paid Media Buyer (Part-Time | Remote)

Our client, a growing beauty brand, is seeking a Part-Time Paid Media Buyer to oversee digital advertising campaigns across key social platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys optimizing paid social campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving customer acquisition in a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
This role is 100% remote and approximately 30 hours per month.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, pacing, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
- Analyze campaign results and provide performance insights and recommendations.
- Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of paid media buying experience, with a focus on paid social.
- Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
- Background working with a beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, fashion, or other consumer brand preferred.
- Agency experience is also highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams is a plus, though this is not a creative production role.
