National Account Manager – TARGET

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the National Account Manager – TARGET will lead key retail partnerships and drive strategic growth across North America. This role is responsible for managing high-impact account relationships, developing growth strategies, increasing market presence, and delivering sales performance in alignment with broader business goals.
This position plays a critical role in the U.S. Sales team, which oversees commercial activities across North America and executes retail strategies designed to deliver revenue growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage key retail accounts across mass and specialty channel/Target, with a focus on driving growth in both brick-and-mortar and digital environments.
- Develop and execute account strategies to improve sales performance and expand market share.
- Analyze weekly, monthly, and annual sales trends, forecasts, and account metrics to inform planning and decision-making.
- Lead monthly sell-through presentations in partnership with Marketing during commercial planning meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on initiatives, deadlines, launches, and retailer expectations.
- Own annual sell-in budget forecasting and make quarterly adjustments based on business performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of skincare trends, competitive activity, and evolving retail strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic execution.
- Increase brand presence and revenue across assigned accounts and channels.
- Prepare and deliver ongoing sales analysis and reporting to leadership, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
- Manage sales forecasts and budgets with accuracy and agility.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing national accounts within beauty, skincare, or consumer packaged goods.
- Experience currently working with mass and/or specialty retailer Target in the beauty/cosmetic/personal care space on SELL IN in wholesale!
- MIN of 5+ years experience in Wholesale sell in Beauty industry experience and Current!
- Strong sales execution skills with the ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Deep understanding of skincare trends, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data, forecasting, and reporting.
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with the ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over goals, timelines, and results.
