Production Assistant

Production Assistant | Retail/Fashion | Contract Opportunity

We’re looking for a Production Assistant to join a fast-paced retail/fashion team and help keep product orders, samples, vendors, and cross-functional teams moving smoothly.

What you’ll do:

• Manage department purchase orders and ensure accuracy/timeliness

• Coordinate samples with domestic and international vendors

• Communicate order updates, commitments, and sample status across teams

• Support Senior/Production Coordinators with go-to-market timelines and initiatives

• Pull and analyze reporting to support cross-functional deliverables

• Participate in milestone meetings and production projects

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 0–3 years of experience; manufacturing/sourcing experience a plus

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Someone adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency
