Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to support fast-moving marketing and creative initiatives in a dynamic, tech-forward environment. This freelance opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in start-up settings, brings strong organizational discipline, and can keep cross-functional teams aligned from kickoff through delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing workflows in Asana and is confident coordinating multiple projects at once while balancing timelines, stakeholder communication, and creative execution. Experience in tech or start-up companies is important, along with familiarity using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve team efficiency, streamline processes, and support project delivery.

This person will work closely with marketing, creative, and internal partners to ensure projects stay on track, priorities are clear, and deliverables meet expectations. Success in this role will require strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to bring structure to evolving business needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Mid-level experience in project management
• Background in tech and/or start-up environments
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
• Strong proficiency with Asana is required
• Marketing and creative project management experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
