Full Cycle Recruiter – Consumer Goods
We are partnering with a well-known consumer goods company to identify an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to support a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment. This role will manage a diverse range of requisitions across multiple functions and play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies.

- Manage full cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from intake to offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience recruiting within consumer goods or related industries preferred
