Job Title: Retail Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong asset management skills to support the development and production of a digital catalogue for a retail client. This role will act as a key point of coordination across merchandising, creative, and client stakeholders, ensuring the creative studio has the information, assets, approvals, and direction required to deliver a high-quality catalogue on time and on brief.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing complex workflows, timelines, and large volumes of creative assets in a fast-paced retail environment. This person will be instrumental in driving communication, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all moving parts come together seamlessly throughout the catalogue production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management of digital catalogue production for a retail client.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including merchandising, creative, studio, and client stakeholders.
- Manage the intake, organization, tracking, and distribution of product and creative assets required for catalogue production.
- Ensure all assets, copy, product information, and supporting materials are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, production schedules, status trackers, and workflow documentation.
- Act as the central point of communication between internal teams and the client to align on priorities, timelines, feedback, and approvals.
- Partner closely with the creative studio to anticipate needs and remove roadblocks that could impact delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays related to assets, approvals, or deliverables.
- Support quality control by ensuring final outputs align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and project requirements.
- Help streamline processes and improve asset management practices to support efficient catalogue production.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a creative, studio, retail, marketing, or catalogue production environment.
- Strong asset management experience, including organizing and tracking high volumes of digital files, product information, and creative deliverables.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, creative, production, and client services.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with project tracking tools, workflow systems, and digital asset management platforms.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, catalogue, or promotional production is strongly preferred.
