Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: PT hours – 25 hours a week (could go up to 29)
Pay: $22-25/hr + commission
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience, drive sales, and support daily boutique operations. This role is ideal for someone with high-end retail experience who enjoys clientelling, merchandising, and working in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience.
- Drive sales through product knowledge, styling support, and strong closing skills.
- Build and maintain client relationships and support client outreach.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system.
- Assist with merchandising, floor moves, replenishment, and visual presentation.
- Receive, stock, tag, and organize merchandise.
- Support gift wrapping, phone orders, shipments, and general store operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of high-end retail, boutique, or luxury sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience with POS systems, clienteling, and basic Microsoft Office tools preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift light merchandise throughout the shift.
- Ability to access the sales floor, stockroom, and register area as needed.
