Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $50,000-52,000/year

Location: Honolulu, HI (onsite)

Overview We’re looking for a polished, customer-focused Sales Associate to support a luxury retail location in Honolulu. This person will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience, driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and supporting day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate brings strong retail experience, a service-minded approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
  • Drive sales by engaging clients and recommending products with confidence
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on new merchandise
  • Build and maintain client relationships and client books
  • Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately
  • Assist with merchandising, floor moves, visual displays, and replenishment
  • Support shipping, receiving, stock handling, and inventory organization
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and aligned with store standards
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
  • Assist with additional store projects and operational needs as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Degree in Retail, Fashion, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of luxury, high-end retail, boutique, or sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with POS systems, customer transactions, and store operations
  • Comfort with merchandising, inventory, and shipment processing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform light physical work and remain active on the sales floor for extended periods
