About the Opportunity
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to support its seasonal pop-up store at Westfield UTC in San Diego. This is a high-volume retail opportunity for candidates who enjoy engaging with customers, representing a fashion-forward brand, and helping create an exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging customer service throughout the store.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, styling, and general brand questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing sales floor and fitting room area.
- Support merchandising, replenishment, inventory movement, and recovery as needed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, where assigned.
- Help maintain a minimum of nine Sales Associates on the floor at all times, with additional coverage during peak traffic periods.
- Follow YoungLA store policies, operational procedures, and loss-prevention standards.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership and fellow team members to meet daily sales and service goals.
Schedule & Store Hours
The pop-up will operate during the following hours:

Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Schedules will vary based on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and busy holiday shopping periods.
Qualifications
- Prior retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
- Experience working at or familiarity with the Westfield UTC retail environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable customer-service style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work the seasonal pop-up schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light stock movement and merchandising tasks.
