A leading retail organization is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Auditor to support daily sales audit operations. This role is responsible for helping ensure store sales activity is accurately reconciled, documented, and resolved within established timelines.

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role, with remote work available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Onsite work is required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily store sales activity against system-generated sales and transaction reports.
• Review deposit information and investigate discrepancies in sales-related transactions.
• Work with store cash office teams and internal partners to research missing, rejected, or inaccurate transactions.
• Document audit findings, corrections, and adjustments according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate audit records and complete data entry for sales audit activities.
• Support chargeback response tracking and related documentation.
• Help the team meet weekly and monthly audit deadlines.
• Provide administrative support that contributes to efficient audit department operations.
