Sales Manager

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join a growing fine jewelry brand in Los Angeles. This is an in-person role based in a showroom environment, ideal for a sales professional with strong luxury retail experience and a passion for exceptional client service.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving showroom sales, delivering a high-touch customer experience, and supporting business growth through client relationship management, product education, and operational excellence. This person will also help manage customer communications, support after-sales service, and contribute to special events and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, one-on-one service to clients during in-person showroom appointments.
  • Drive sales through strong relationship building, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
  • Guide customers through purchasing decisions with thoughtful recommendations and education.
  • Meet and exceed individual and company sales goals, CRM goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Develop deep knowledge of fine jewelry, including metals, diamonds, gemstones, and engagement ring purchasing.
  • Provide post-purchase support and follow-up via phone and email to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain showroom standards, including merchandising, presentation, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Support planning and coordination of pop-up events, including logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to repairs, resizing, exchanges, and product issues.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely handling of service-related requests.
  • Assist with monthly sales reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Previous jewelry sales experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends for events and holiday availability as needed.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles or open to relocating for an in-person role.
  • Strong sense of style and awareness of trends in jewelry or luxury retail.
  • Genuine passion for jewelry and client experience.

Schedule
