Sample Coordinator – Apparel

Client Overview:

Job Details:
3-6 month freelance contract, potential to extend
Pay: $18/hr-$20/hr
Parking: Not covered,
Schedule: Mon- Fri 100% ONSITE in Downtown Los Angeles
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview:

In this role, you would manage all samples utilizing the Sample Management System and oversee packages.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and order samples using the Sample Management System and partner with the SMS team to work through problems and learn new software
• Receive, open, and process packages, check-in samples using SMS and account information, and catalog all samples
• Partner with the Senior Manager of Visual Operations, Visual Merchandising Managers, field support, advertising, merchandising, PR, and online teams for sample needs
• Manage all aspects of sample transfer, such as boxes management, UPS pick-ups, and signing in and out

Key Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

• 1+ years’ related retail experience
