Senior Manager, Agile Program Management
A high-profile digital transformation agency is seeking a Senior Manager, Agile Program Management to support a leading retail client on a large-scale, highly complex engagement. This is a high-visibility leadership role for a polished program expert who can seamlessly partner with executive stakeholders, oversee multiple workstreams, and drive best-in-class PMO governance across distributed teams.
The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise program leadership experience, exceptional client management skills, and a demonstrated ability to align business and delivery teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Pharma experience is required, along with the ability to apply that expertise in cross-functional program execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large-scale, complex programs spanning multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholder groups
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership through high-touch, white-glove engagement
- Drive end-to-end program planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, and dependency management
- Establish and uphold robust PMO governance, including reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive-level updates
- Coordinate across cross-functional and globally distributed teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
- Serve as the critical bridge between client expectations and delivery execution
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15+ years of program/project management experience within large enterprise environments
- Proven track record of leading PMOs across complex, multi-track initiatives
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing Director- through C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Deep expertise in governance practices, including RAID logs, reporting, and executive communications

- Additional exposure to healthcare and/or retail environments is highly preferred
