I’m partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing agency that’s looking for a strategic, performance-driven Paid Social leader to own high-impact campaigns for an exciting portfolio of national brands.

What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end paid social strategy across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
- Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Drive measurable growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and ecommerce performance.
- Develop testing strategies for creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-converting ads backed by performance insights.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights directly to clients and executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to scale budgets, expand channels, and grow client accounts.
- Mentor and collaborate with a talented team of performance marketers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social and performance marketing experience.
- Proven success managing high-budget campaigns with strong ROI.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, direct response, and/or ecommerce growth strategies.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance using GA4, attribution tools, and platform analytics.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Someone who loves testing, solving problems, and finding new ways to drive growth.
