About the Role
This role sits within the Search Marketing team and focuses on driving organic search and generative engine optimization (GEO) initiatives across large-scale digital platforms.
You’ll play a key role in building and executing SEO strategy while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and strategy teams to improve visibility across both traditional and AI-driven search environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute SEO strategy, including defining requirements and partnering with cross-functional teams
- Manage and optimize SEO/GEO initiatives across large-scale platforms
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build data-driven reporting and analyze performance trends across campaigns
- Translate complex SEO initiatives into clear insights for non-SEO stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of SEO experience, ideally within enterprise-scale environments
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO (site performance, crawl optimization, structured data)
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog
- Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Bonus: Exposure to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) + coding or knowledge of (Python/JavaScript)
