We are supporting a financial services client seeking a skilled Discoverability Writer to develop and adapt high-performing content across Reddit, LinkedIn, and blog platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of platform-native writing, especially Reddit tone and community dynamics, paired with the ability to translate research-driven insights into engaging long-form and social content.

Scope of Work
- Develop and manage a Reddit content calendar for a new subreddit, including “Redditizing” existing blog content and creating original posts aligned to brand goals
- Partner with organic social team to plan, align, and schedule Reddit content
- Draft LinkedIn Pulse articles for internal thought leaders based on proprietary research and insights
- Source and integrate quotes from internal SMEs for articles, blogs, and social content
- Manage SME outreach, coordination, and approval cycles when required
- Review and refine social post copy, including editing provided drafts and occasionally writing original copy
- Write occasional blog content for the brand website, aligned with Reddit and LinkedIn storytelling themes
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep expertise in Reddit culture, tone, etiquette, and subreddit-specific nuances
- Proven experience writing and editing LinkedIn articles / thought leadership content
- Strong long-form writing skills with ability to adapt tone across platforms
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders
- Excellent editing, storytelling, and brand voice alignment skills
- Financial services or regulated industry experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
