What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage the social media content calendar across platforms.

  • Partner with internal teams and external creative or agency resources to develop high-impact, social-first campaigns.
  • Monitor social trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to continuously improve content strategy and performance.
  • Track and report on social media KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support community engagement and social response efforts to deliver a strong audience experience.
  • Help develop user-generated content and audience participation initiatives, including contests and engagement programs.
  • Contribute to campaign support for launches, activations, and brand moments.
What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including significant experience in social media management.
  • Deep experience across organic social, community engagement, paid social support, and content strategy.
  • Experience with social media management, listening, and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, HubSpot, Chatmeter, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for platform-specific content best practices.
  • Hands-on experience creating or directing short-form video and social content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of current best practices across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, Canva, or CapCut.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related experience.
Preferred Qualities
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for emerging trends, evolving platforms, and innovation in digital content.
