Social Media Manager

On site in Glendale, 5 days

Salaried around $90k

40 hrs a week – M – F

Our Client, home brand is searching for a Salaried creative, social-first marketer to lead organic social strategy and execution for a consumer brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands what performs across today’s social platforms, and enjoys building engaged online communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day social channels across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Plan and execute content calendars that support brand campaigns, product launches, and community engagement
  • Partner with creative teams to develop photo and video content
  • Write engaging captions and social copy
  • Monitor trends, community conversations, and platform updates
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
  • Collaborate with influencer, creative, and paid media teams to maximize reach and engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of social media marketing experience for a consumer brand or agency
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and current content trends
  • Experience creating content, writing copy, and supporting short-form video
  • Proven ability to grow audiences and increase engagement
  • Organized, collaborative, and data-driven
  • Experience with lifestyle, home, retail, or consumer brands is a plus
