Our client is a fast-growing beauty brand seeking a Manager, Social Media to lead social strategy and day-to-day execution across TikTok and Instagram.
This is an ideal role for a social-first marketer who knows what makes content trendy, viral, and culturally relevant, while also being highly analytical. The strongest candidate will have a deep understanding of beauty and color cosmetics, a strong finger on the pulse of social culture, and the ability to use analytics and KPIs to understand what is resonating with consumers.
You should know how to identify the next viral trend, fan-favorite product, creator, sound, format, or cultural moment and turn those insights into compelling social opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day social strategy and execution across TikTok and Instagram
- Develop content calendars supporting product launches, campaigns, retail initiatives, and cultural moments
- Lead trendy, viral, and platform-native content ideation
- Identify opportunities around fan-favorite products, trending beauty moments, viral formats, sounds, creators, and cultural conversations
- Analyze social performance and own KPIs, reporting, and optimization
- Turn analytics into actionable recommendations for future content and creative
- Identify high-performing formats, hooks, messaging, products, and trends, then build on what is working
- Maintain a strong finger on the pulse of beauty, social, and pop culture
- Stay ahead of emerging TikTok and Instagram trends and understand how to translate them authentically for the brand
- Source and curate UGC from nano-influencers, emerging creators, and beauty talent
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in social media, social strategy, or brand marketing

Beauty experience is highly preferred, with color cosmetics/makeup experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram
- Strong experience with social analytics, KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization
- Proven ability to recognize and capitalize on viral, trending, and culturally relevant content
- Strong creative instincts with an understanding of what makes content shareable, engaging, and fan-favorite
- Experience with UGC sourcing and working with nano-influencers, emerging creators, freelancers, or contractors
- Deep awareness of beauty trends, creators, internet culture, and the social landscape
- Ability to turn trends and consumer insights into actionable content ideas
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Dash Hudson or similar social analytics platforms
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- Must be Los Angeles-based and comfortable working onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays
Compensation & Benefits
$85,000–$95,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and company perks.
