Sr. Brand Strategist – remote freelance

Our client a busy consulting company is seeking a Sr. Brand Strategist for a part time freelance position. This is a 4 month remote role that is 20-25 hours a week. Must be US based, PST based candidates preferred.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience shaping and articulating brand strategy within the fintech space. You’ll be client-facing, collaborative, and able to hit the ground running.

Role Details

• Location: Remote, west coast based preferred

• Hours: 20-25 hours per week, for 18 weeks with potential to extend

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver brand positioning, messaging, and strategy frameworks

• Lead workshops, client conversations, and discovery sessions

• Translate insights into actionable brand recommendations

• Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure consistency across campaigns and touchpoints

• Contribute to client presentations and proposals with clarity and impact

What We’re Looking For

• 7-10 years of experience in brand strategy at an agency or consultancy

• Proven track record working for Fintech brands

• Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading client conversations

• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with practical execution

• Collaborative, flexible, and able to adapt in fast-paced environments
