We are seeking a Full-Time Sr. Product Designer to help shape the future of products in the artificial intelligence and customer experience technology industry. This is a high-ownership opportunity for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, cares deeply about craft, and enjoys turning complex systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
In this role, you will lead product design across key workflows, partnering closely with cross-functional teammates to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver polished experiences from concept through launch. You will play an important role in improving usability, influencing product direction, and raising the quality bar across the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and concepting to high-fidelity execution and launch.
- Design thoughtful, user-centered workflows for sophisticated software products and technical systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape features and ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Translate customer feedback, user research, and product goals into clear and effective design solutions.
- Identify friction points in the user journey and proactively recommend improvements.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards for consistency and scalability.
- Use strong visual design, interaction design, and product thinking to solve complex challenges.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and craftsmanship throughout the product development lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong track record of shipping digital products.
- A portfolio that demonstrates excellent product thinking, interaction design, and visual execution.
- Strong experience designing for complex workflows, technical products, or B2B software platforms.
- Ability to simplify ambiguity and transform complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience with design systems and modern product design tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, SaaS, enterprise software, workflow automation, or customer experience platforms.
- Background designing products that blend technical complexity with user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience working closely with early-stage or high-growth teams.
