Senior Technical Designer – Women’s Apparel
Seeking a senior-level technical design professional who brings strong hands-on product expertise. This role is ideal for someone who can own fit and construction execution while helping lead team priorities, improve processes, and partner cross-functionally throughout development.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical development across assigned categories from proto through production
- Conduct fit sessions and provide clear direction on fit, construction, and quality
- Create and manage technical specs, fit comments, and product documentation
- Partner with Design, Product Development, Production, and vendors to ensure strong execution
- Help improve standards, workflows, and overall team efficiency
Qualifications
- 6+ years of technical design experience in women’s apparel
- Strong knowledge of fit, grading, construction, and fabric behavior
- Experience working directly with overseas vendors
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with knits, wovens and loungewear experience preferred
