Textile / Graphic Artist
We are seeking a Textile / Graphic Artist with 4+ years of experience to support a fast-paced apparel design team. This role is ideal for someone who can jump in immediately and contribute to print-focused work with minimal ramp-up time. Experience in activewear and/or swimwear is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate understands the technical nuances of apparel graphics and has experience preparing artwork for placement and repeat in categories where fit, scale, and alignment are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, recolor, and modify textile prints and graphic artwork for apparel applications
- Prepare production-ready artwork files with strong attention to layout, scale, repeat, and color accuracy
- Support print placement and alignment needs across apparel silhouettes, especially within swimwear
- Execute revisions quickly and accurately based on design and team feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure artwork is technically feasible and brand appropriate
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Textile Designer, Graphic Artist, or similar apparel print-focused role
- Experience in activewear and/or swimwear strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of print development, recoloring, and artwork modification for apparel
- Knowledge of placement considerations, registration, and technical constraints across garment types
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under tight timelines
- Available to start quickly and comfortable in a highly execution-focused role
