Tik Top Shop Associate – remote freelance

Our client, a growing name in the CPG space is seeking a Tik Tok Shop Associate. This is a remote 6 month contract (40 hours a week) with potential to extend. Must be in PST time zone, LA based candidates preferred.

You’ll run the day-to-day execution that keeps creators posting, content flowing, and the Shop healthy — owning affiliate outreach, sampling, content tracking, community management, and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who is deeply plugged into TikTok, has experience with influencer or creator management, scrappy with tools and automation, and loves the rhythm of daily execution in a fast-moving DTC environment.

What You’ll Own
Affiliate Outreach & Management
• Source, approve, and onboard macro and mid-tier creators (direct outreach, negotiation, contracting, samples, and billing requests).
• Manage the affiliate email inbox and WhatsApp channels — responding to creator requests, tech issues, and onboarding questions.
• Own contracting, billing and payouts for retainer affiliates; route invoices to the billing team for approval.
• Strategically run mass outreach campaigns via Euka
Affiliate Tracking & Content Execution
• Approve daily sample requests (1–2x/day) and monitor sampling forecasts and daily numbers.
• Run daily video audits — GMV Max removals, creator follow-ups, and target plan updates.
• Request ad codes from macro affiliates for boosting; flag completed posts for payment processing.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in platform TikTok Shop experience working with high performing, high growth brands preferred
• CPG/beauty/personal care helpful but not required
