Our client, a growing beauty brand, is looking to add a part-time freelance Trade Marketing Specialist to their team. Prior experience within corporate beauty and experience working with ULTA is required.
- Support retail marketing initiatives to help achieve business goals for key retail partners in close partnership with sales.
- Manage and oversee merchandising plans and timelines for retail partners to drive growth of existing SKUs, support new SKU launches, and increase overall brand awareness.
- Partner with Creative and Product Marketing teams to develop store linear layouts, signage, and artwork with a focus on maximizing SKU performance and ROI.
- Coordinate and distribute marketing and merchandising materials to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Track retail program execution and help ensure merchandising strategies are implemented effectively across partner channels.

Required: At least 2 years of ULTA experience from a corporate beauty company.
