Job description

Our client, a growing name in the CPG space is seeking a UGC Video Editor to support our Growth Creative Team on a 2-month contract (40 hours a week). This is a remote opportunity; CA based candidates preferred.

In this role, you’ll focus on crafting high-performing digital ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, using motion graphics and video editing to bring direct response concepts to life at scale. The ideal candidate has experience producing a high volume of performance-driven ads, strong motion design instincts, and a sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy. After Effects expertise is essential for this role.

Problems You’ll Solve: ? Create and edit short-form, direct response video ads for Meta and TikTok using motion graphics (UGC overlays, listicles, hooks, offers, etc.) ? Design and animate graphics that enhance storytelling and drive conversions ? Collaborate with creative strategists and producers to develop and iterate on multiple ad concepts ? Ensure all video exports meet brand and performance standards ? Turn around projects quickly while maintaining high quality ? Take initiative to ideate and pitch new variations or motion-driven improvements on existing creatives ? Apply performance learnings to refine motion, pacing, and structure ? Research and pull inspiration from high-performing direct response ads and motion trends ? Manage projects from concept through final delivery with speed and accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of video editing experience (FB, IG, TikTok), preferably at an ad agency or brand
  • Fluid knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Strong understanding of direct response advertising
  • Portfolio with UGC, direct response style graphics including native FB and IG ads
