- Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across the full product portfolio, including innovation launches, core-product support, seasonal campaigns, and major brand moments.
- Partner with Product Development on product concepts, naming, positioning, claims, ingredient narratives, and portfolio architecture.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, Creative, Product Development, E-commerce, Operations, and retail partners.

- Lead trade and retail marketing strategies for Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and other specialty beauty partners, including retailer-specific programming, product launches, merchandising, sampling, events, promotions, and omni-channel activation.
- Serve as a senior marketing partner to key retail accounts, developing programs that strengthen retailer relationships and drive awareness, conversion, productivity, and market share.
- Partner closely with Sales to align brand strategy with retailer priorities, commercial objectives, assortment opportunities, and account-specific growth plans.
- Oversee the marketing calendar and ensure consistent brand expression across direct-to-consumer, retail, digital, social, and experiential touchpoints.
- Monitor brand health, customer behavior, campaign performance, launch results, retail productivity, category trends, and competitive activity.
- Develop brand partnerships, collaborations, and community initiatives that generate cultural relevance, organic advocacy, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Own the marketing budget and resource-allocation process, ensuring disciplined investment and measurable return.
- Build scalable marketing processes and operating rhythms that support continued growth without sacrificing speed, creativity, or agility.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while effectively managing agency and external partners.
- Present marketing strategy, performance, opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
