What You’ll Do
The Vice President of Commercial Sales leads regional wholesale and key account performance, owning commercial strategy, execution, and P&L results. This senior leader drives revenue growth, expands market presence, strengthens strategic retail partnerships, and builds a high-performing sales organization.
What You’ll Be Working On
Commercial Strategy & Growth
• Lead the regional wholesale business against revenue, margin, and profitability goals
• Shape commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize key channels and investments
Account Leadership
• Manage senior relationships with major retail partners and drive joint business planning
• Oversee commercial agreements, promotions, and execution across store and digital channels
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Lead and develop the key accounts and wholesale team with clear goals and accountability
• Partner across marketing, digital, supply chain, finance, and HR to deliver business priorities
Operations & Financial Management
• Own forecasting, annual planning, inventory alignment, and trade investment performance
• Ensure disciplined reporting, strong execution, and alignment across functions
