We are hiring a senior marketing executive to define and drive worldwide brand marketing and communications strategy for a well-known apparel business. This leader will be responsible for building powerful brand narratives across the full consumer journey and guiding comprehensive marketing efforts tied to seasonal initiatives, product introductions, special collaborations, public relations, talent and influencer engagement, partnerships, events, and retail-facing programs. This person will bring together global and regional stakeholders around a unified vision, helping expand brand relevance, strengthen customer connection, and support long-term commercial growth.

Responsibilities
- Create and direct global launch strategies for yearly, seasonal, and limited-edition product drops, ensuring consistency across channels, markets, and partners.
- Act as the central point of connection between marketing and cross-functional teams to keep priorities aligned with broader brand and category objectives.
- Shape fully integrated marketing plans spanning brand messaging, online storytelling, media strategy, and communications programs for internal and external audiences.
- Guide international PR and influencer initiatives, including external agency oversight, talent relationships, product placement, and visibility-building efforts.
- Work closely with digital and social teams to develop content approaches that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business performance.
- Source, structure, and oversee collaborations, sponsorships, partnerships, and live events that elevate market presence and cultural relevance.
- Measure program effectiveness and return on investment, using insights from performance data to improve future campaigns.
- Partner with creative teams on campaign planning and execution, including ideation, production, budgeting, shoots, and rollout of assets worldwide.
- Serve as the senior marketing contact for licensees and outside partners, ensuring clear communication and strong adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and category leaders to ensure every product area is supported by thoughtful, connected marketing plans.
- Work alongside eCommerce partners to strengthen site experience, content presentation, and digital merchandising in ways that improve conversion.
- Coordinate with teams across design, merchandising, planning, retail operations, licensee groups, and international franchise partners to execute brand initiatives effectively.
- Lead reporting and marketing analytics efforts, using findings to increase efficiency and overall impact.
- Contribute high-level strategic marketing direction across additional brand businesses when needed.
Qualifications
- Deep experience in international brand marketing, including leadership of large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong background in digital commerce, online marketing strategy, and omnichannel retail.
- Proven success leading PR programs, influencer strategy, and celebrity or talent partnerships across global markets.
- Track record of building and executing meaningful collaboration and partnership initiatives.
- Experience working across international teams, external agencies, and licensed business structures.
- Strong business judgment and analytical ability, with the skill to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent leadership presence, communication skills, and cross-functional partnership abilities.
- Background in workwear, lifestyle, or global fashion/apparel brands is highly desirable.
