Job description

Vice President of Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Los Angeles, CA | Leadership Role

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, growth-minded Vice President of Marketing to lead the next stage of commercial expansion for a professional aesthetics organization. This executive will shape and execute a high-impact marketing vision focused on growing practitioner engagement, deepening account utilization, and elevating the brand across a national network.

The Vice President of Marketing will oversee the full marketing ecosystem—from brand positioning and demand generation to customer lifecycle strategy, education marketing, sales enablement, digital campaigns, and performance analytics. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who can pair long-range strategic thinking with disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Lead

  • Develop and execute an integrated B2B marketing strategy that drives account acquisition, retention, expansion, and practitioner engagement.
  • Build lifecycle programs supporting customer onboarding, activation, utilization, reactivation, and long-term account growth.
  • Lead segmentation and targeting initiatives informed by customer behavior, purchase patterns, utilization trends, lifecycle stages, and engagement data.
  • Oversee demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, events, education marketing, brand initiatives, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to create field-ready campaigns, account insights, and programs that strengthen commercial execution.
  • Collaborate with Education leadership to advance practitioner training, peer-to-peer learning, advocacy, and professional community initiatives.
  • Establish marketing performance standards through dashboards, attribution models, testing frameworks, and ongoing optimization.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agency and vendor relationships.

Key Priorities

  • Increase revenue per account through targeted utilization, adoption, and pull-through campaigns.
  • Strengthen practitioner adoption of products, protocols, training resources, and brand programs.
  • Create scalable, CRM-driven campaigns using HubSpot and connected marketing technologies.
  • Turn market intelligence and customer insights into practical commercial strategies.
  • Advance the practitioner community through education, events, advocacy, and thought leadership.
  • Build a marketing organization known for accountability, creativity, data fluency, and cross-functional partnership.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibility in B2B, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, medical device, professional services, or a related industry.
  • A demonstrated record of building and executing growth-focused marketing strategies within complex customer ecosystems.
  • Deep experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and performance analytics; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales organizations and connect marketing investments to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong strategic judgment, communication skills, team leadership capabilities, and cross-functional influence.
  • An analytical, resourceful, and action-oriented leadership style with a high degree of ownership and urgency.
