Website Merchandise Coordinator – Onsite

Our client, a growing brand in the jewelry and accessories space is seeking a Website Merchandising Coordinator to support the management of an online product catalog and related website assets.

This is a fulltime position that onsite in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify, product setup, website merchandising, and photo-editing workflows. Experience supporting product photography is also preferred. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, maintain, and manage new and existing products in internal documents and Shopify
• Update online content including product descriptions, pricing, sort order, recommendations, and photography
• Identify and resolve quality control issues such as inaccurate product information or missing images
• Support product photography and video asset workflows, including file naming, organization, and coordination with retouchers
• Help maintain high standards for product presentation and site accuracy across the ecommerce experience

Preferred Background

• Experience managing products in Shopify
• Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar photo-editing tools
• Background in website merchandising or ecommerce content management
• Exposure to product photography workflows, studio coordination, or asset handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates efficiently
